To Joyce, Beth (Doug), Robert (Liz), and all of Dick’s family and friends: On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans (USSVI), please accept our sincere condolences. May God bring to your hearts, peace, comfort, and healing. We are grateful for Richard’s service to our country in the U.S. Submarine Service on the USS Razorback SS-394 QM2(SS) 1948-52 and USS Tigrone SS/SSR/AGSS-419 QM2(SS) 1952-53. To our “Brother of the Phin” … “Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch. May you rest in peace and may God bless your loved ones who remain. Thank you for your service to our country."
