Obituary of Hazel E Lee
Hazel Edna Lee Endicott: Hazel Edna Lee, 88, passed away at Lourdes Hospital on May 20th, 2013. Born on a farm in Aldenville, PA in 1924, she was the daughter of Floyd Eade and Genevieve Smith. She was predeceased by her husband of 70 years, Ray Harold Lee in February of this year. She is survived by children, Gary (Peggy) Lee of Apalachin, Nancy (George) Tetreault of Owego, Larry (Joyce) Lee of Vestal and Susan Johns of Endicott; eight grandchildren, Lori Herzog, Jennifer Eaton, Beth Morse, Rebecca Morrison, Megan Lenoble, Stephanie Lee, Andrew Lee, Emily Johns; and 9 great-grandchildren. She came to Endicott when she was 17. She worked for Endicott Johnson, Cadre Industries and as a bookkeeper for the family construction business. She was a homemaker who kept a very clean and loving home for her family. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed trips to Florida and travel shows on TV. She liked going out for breakfast with her husband and any other family members who would get up at the crack of dawn. The family will receive friends at Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main Street, Endicott on Wednesday, May 22nd. Calling hours are from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. with services immediately after. Burial will be on Thursday at 9:30 in Riverside Cemetery, Endicott. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Union Volunteer Emergency Squad, 8 S Avenue B, Endwell, NY 13760 or Meals on Wheels of Western Broome, 705 West Main Street, Endicott, NY 13760.
