Diana, Bev, Ronnie and family, words can't begin to express our sorrow on the passing of Dick. Vestal has lost another good one much too soon. There isn't a time I can remember that Dick wasn't part of our social or family gatherings. He will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. This picture takes us back to September 1982 at the Owego Treadway. We were all quite young back then. May sharing all the wonderful memories with family and friends help you through this difficult time. You're in our hearts and prayers.
